Vernon
Ward BSc (Hons) F.R.I.C.S. Chartered Surveyor.
Vernon has over 25 years' experience in the property business
and originally worked with Howkins & Harrison and Wilson
& Partners in Birmingham before setting up Castle Commercial/Wards Surveyors in 1988.
He oversees various areas of service the company offers, particularly commercial agency and management.
Vernon is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator. |

Jon Ruskin. Jon has over 15 years' experience in both corporate and independant estate agency. He originally worked for Connell Shakespear in Blaby and Hinckley before managing offices for Black Horse Agencies and Bradford and Bingley. He then owned his own agency at Newton Fallowell in Coalville before setting up the Wards Residential brand alongside Vernon and the team at Wards. He oversees all the residential side of the business. |

Jonathan
Hubbard BSc (Hons) M.R.I.C.S. Chartered Surveyor. Jonathan
has over 17 years' experience in surveying and oversees the commercial property management section of the company. Jonathan also carries out a wide range of professional work including valuations (both residential & commercial) commercial property landlord & tenant matters etc. He is also qualified to provide Energy Performance Certificates for commercial property. |

Ann
Ward M.N.A.E.A. Accounts Manager and Member of the National
Association of Estate Agents. Ann has been in the property
business for over 20 years and joined Wards Surveyors in
1990. Her duties mainly include collection and processing
of service charges and general accounts maintenance for
the office as a whole. |

David Williams BSc (Hons) – Senior Residential Negotiator. In 2010 David joined the team as Senior Sales Negotiator overseeing the residential sales side of Wards. Since 2004 he previously worked for a major national corporate chain within the town and brings his local knowledge and particular experience in the field of new homes.

Sue
Hall. Residential Property Manager. Sue has worked for
Wards Surveyors for over 13 years and is the property
manager for the residential lettings section of the company.
Her duties consist of carrying out rental valuations, setting
up tenancies, carrying out viewings, inventories, final inspections
and liaising with both landlords and tenants. |

Ben Moore BA (Hons). Surveyor. Graduate of De Montfort University. Ben is actively involved with the marketing and negotiation of commercial, industrial and retail properties. |

Trudy Pickard. Block Property Manager. Trudy has over 10 years' experience in the property industry and since joining Wards she deals with all aspects of the block management of residential developments. |

Kath Jeynes. Commercial Property Administrator. Kath has worked for Wards for three years. Her duties mainly include collection and processing of commercial rents and general administration. |

Fiona Kinghorn. Fiona originally hails from Scotland and in conjunction with Trudy now deals with the block management of residential developments. |

Louise Hubbard. Administration. Louise assists Ann Ward in administering the accounts for the management of the blocks of residential developments. |

Emilie Hall. Emilie has been with Wards since 2004 and carries out reception and general residential agency duties. |
